How To Open A Unbounce Account?
To open an account on Unbounce, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Unbounce website.
- Click the Start My Free Trial button at the top right-hand corner. The pricing page will appear with four different plan options: Build, Experiment, Optimize, and Concierge.
- Choose the plan to sign up with, and follow the sign-up prompts. Include the following info: Account Info (first and last name, email, etc.) and Billing details (reminder: you will not be charged until after the 14-day free trial).
- You can also sign-up using Google's SSO.
- Navigate to your email inbox and locate the confirmation email from Unbounce.
- Confirm your email address. The free trial will begin after you've confirmed your email address.
- Navigate back to Unbounce to log in with your credentials.
From the Unbounce login page, select Landing Pages. The login page will appear. Enter the email address & password credentials for your account. You can select Remember this browser for 14 days to remain logged in to your Unbounce account. If you want to add an extra layer of security to your account, you can check out the documentation on enabling 2-factor authentication. Google's SSO is also available if you want to link the Unbounce CI Platform with your Google credentials.

Unbounce Return Policy?
Unbounce allows users to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the account is downgraded to a free plan. The cancellation process involves the following steps:
- Click the Avatar (circle-shaped icon) in the top right-hand corner of the Unbounce Conversion Intelligenceâ„¢ Platform.
- Select Account Management from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Subscriptions button on the left-hand side of the screen.
- In the new Change Subscription Plan window, click the Cancel My Plan button on the screen's top right corner.
- Review any details about your Clients (including their content and add-ons), Popups, Sticky Bars, or any professional features that will be removed from your account at your next renewal date/billing cycle upon the cancellation of your subscription, and click Continue to proceed.
- Complete the feedback form, and click the Cancel My Plan button.
Once the subscription is canceled, the pages & content will remain in the account, but certain in-app features will change. However, deleting an account involves removing the pages and any information about the user or the business from the servers. Account deletion is irreversible and permanent. If the user decides to rejoin Unbounce in the future, they will need to build their content again from scratch. To delete an account, the user will need to contact the Support team to get the process started.
It's important to note that the user can reactivate the Unbounce subscription whenever they want to return to Unbounce. If the user needs support finding a new plan, they can email sales@unbounce.com.
